Pay us by Internet Banking

You may pay us for your course, sailing trip or other service supplied through us by Internet Banking or similar, such as by making a direct payment to our account from a branch of Lloyds TSB Bank plc, or by posting cheques to us. We suffer from bank charges and have to pass these on to you. The method, by which you incur no charges, is to use Internet Bank transfer.

For either of the payment methods, do send us E-mail to confirm you have made the payment!

We may ask you to send us your bank account details if we have to make any refund to you. When you pay us by Internet Banking, we usually identify who has paid us, but this does not give us the information we need if we have to refund to you.

Payment by Cheque

You may wish to pay us by cheque. Cheques should be payable to "1st Watersport". Regrettably our bank charge us for paying in your cheque. This charge is currently 70 pence per cheque. Please add this amount to the cost of the course or sailing trip. We will show this on the Invoice.

If you send us a cheque, we will present this to our bank as soon as we are certain the activity, on the date you booked for, is going ahead. If we have any uncertainty about this, we may keep your cheque and present it at a later date. If the course or trip was cancelled or postponed, we would destroy your cheque and advise you that we had done this.
